Ordering Spices

I've recently started running low on a number of Spices so it's time to stock up again. When I order online I use The Asian Cookshop. They have a really good range of Spices and ingredients and I've never had any problems with an order (although I do only use it very occasionally).

I usually buy common ingredients like Cumin and Coriander in quite large quantities as I use them often, and the whole spices seem to keep really well. Ground spices probably won't last as well.

In York, you can also get hold of most of the things you'll need at Rafi's Spicebox. I've always found the staff there to be really friendly and knowledgable. You can also shop online, although I've never tried.
